As buyers for our own shop in Cambridge, we have over a decades worth of experience in the gift trade. Drawing from our backgrounds in fashion and fine art, we set about creating products which are fun and affordable, but also well made. All our products are made by a small family run manufacturer in Scotland. The leather is processed in their on-site tannery and then cut and foil embossed to our designs. Because every piece is hand finished with embossing, each one is unique to the next.

This handmade small pouch features Scarlet Crane's original lavender botanical print in lavender ink on purple colored canvas. The pattern is screen printed by hand using water-based inks.

We screen-print original designs that are elegant, simple and feature unique surface patterns that range from free flowing florals to abstract textures. Our goal is to deliver high-quality, sophisticated products for home decor and fashion. With an emphasis on sustainability, Scarlet Crane Creations operates in an entirely American supply chain with fabrics that are sourced in the US and production focused locally in Detroit, MI. All inks are also water-based and eco-friendly. Each piece is designed by Shayla Johnson. She is a maker in the Detroit area with a love for architecture and all things pattern. Shayla is passionate about creating hand-printed art and textiles to develop beautiful home decor collections and accessories.

A small card wallet embossed with a wrap-around figurative design. The simple line illustration features a collection of different characters, based on a hand drawn design. Each colour way combines a flat colour with shiny details for maximum contrast in the design. The pouch is a perfect size to hold credit cards, coins and bills. It is constructed from one peice of leather and finished with an antique brass popper clasp. Made from genuine leather using the traditional technique of hot foil embossing which ensures a handmade and unique product every time. Embossed and assembled in Scotland.
