Framed letterpress print by Elizabeth Isakson-Dado, otherwise known as The Aquarius House.

Limited edition of 20 prints, signed and numbered. Typeset with vintage wood type and printed in a split fountain of metallic gold and silver ink. Printed on 100# paper, made by French Paper in Niles, Michigan. Framed in a hand marbled wood frame.

The reclaimed wood picture frame has been handcrafted in a women-run wood shop in Detroit. Mutual Adoration uses locally-sourced reclaimed wood, environmentally responsible paints and wood stains, and American-made hardware. Each frame includes glass and backing board. There are keyhole slots on the back of the frame for easy, secure hanging.

Elizabeth Isakson-Dado is an artist, educator and curator. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Printmaking from Wayne State University and a Master of Fine Arts in Interdisciplinary Book and Paper from Columbia College Chicago. Liz has exhibited widely in Detroit and Chicago, and has work in institutional collections including The Center for Book and Paper Art, The Poetry Foundation, and ETC Editions/Art in Print Magazine. She lives and works in Berkley, Michigan.
