Welcome to our journey! I’m thrilled to share with you the captivating tale of how WAFE, our passion project, was born. Let me take you on an inspiring journey that started with a burning desire to make a positive impact on the world. Harvey and I, Tobi, have been inseparable since we met over a decade ago at The University of Loughborough. Our friendship has blossomed over time, and it's been an incredible ride. We may have our differences, but we share a deep passion for making the world a better place. In 2018, we decided to take our friendship to the next level and co-founded WAFE (formerly known as Biovita). We asked ourselves a fundamental question: how can we serve our planet, humanity, and all living beings that call Earth home better? It wasn't an easy task, but we were determined to find the answer. We realized that plastic had become so ingrained in our daily lives that we barely even noticed it anymore. That's when it hit us - we could make a difference by revolutionizing the future of kitchen products. After all, food is at the heart of life, and most plastic, especially single-use, is used for food in one way or another. And so, WAFE was born (An Acronym of the 4 natural elements) - a brand built on sustainable materials that are reusable, creating less waste for a cleaner environment.
